The Famous Nostalrius is Rolling Back

The Elysium Project team proudly announced that they obtained the Nostalrius core and database. They will be resuming the former Nostalrius PvP and PvE realms, as well as the one that honors the name of the project – Elysium PvP.

As with all things vanilla, farming gold on fresh servers will represent a ‘pain in the butt’, but we did identify a legit site from where you can buy Nostalrius gold, powerleveling as well as accounts. The site has now expanded it’s services and offers Elysium Gold & Powerleveling as well (being merged with the former Gold4Elysium.com site).

Additionally, on 20th November, the Elysium Project did a stress test which confirmed that the server can support over 7000 players with their current hardware. The realms are set to be resumed after the second stress test, where they will be increasing the capacity – aiming at well over 15000 players.

The Best Blizzlike Legacy World of Warcraft Servers

The legacy WoW servers (older versions of the game)  still spark a huge interest among the playerbase. At least over 30% of the World of Warcraft player-base is split among various so called private servers. Their numbers are endless, but only a handful can be taken out as truly Blizzlike realms with solid and stable population. The rest of the servers will usually have their game-play heavily modified.

Vanilla Legacy WoW Servers

  • Kronos WoW by Twinstar. Initially released in 2015, it gained an influx of players after Nostalrius went down. Now hosts two realms, Kronos 1 and Kronos 2 respectively. Both realms are PvP and there are roughly at least 10000 players split among both realms. Players start as level 1, with x1 leveling and money rates. Gold on Kronos 2 can be an issue, so we recommend the following websites for your Kronos coins needs: http://KronosGold.net and http://Gold4Kronos2.com
  • Elysium WoW by Valkyrie. Valkyrie was one of the most popular Vanilla WoW servers back in the recent years, but it was seriously losing traction over the recent years. Elysium is their newest release, representing a realm with solid Classic 1.12 WoW scripts, blizzlike x1 raiding, money rates and leveling. Players start from level 1. Gold is an issue on this realm, especially because it was launched recently on 17th August 2016, and there aren’t many players who are level 60. Population is steady and growing. Your needs can be serviced on Gold4Elysium.
  • Warsong by Feenix / WoW One. Warsong was the oldest and most popular of all the Classic WoW private realms. Feenix “upgraded” the realm toa TBC version and the pop went elsewhere. It was reinstated in the summer as a fresh new Vanilla 1.12 Classic World of Warcraft server with 8x rates. It has a solid and loyal player-base. You can get the heads up for that realm from this Warsong website.

TBC Legacy WoW Servers

  • Excalibur WoW. Steady population for several years, with x2 rates. No broken scripts but it has a premium shop allowing some players advantage over others by purchasing their so-called premiums. Excalibur gold can be purchased from Gold4Excalibur. Rest assured top notch TBC realm with exceptional experience. You should try it!

Wrath of the Lich King WoW Servers

  • Lordaeron by Warmane. Launched in October 2015, poses as the single best WotLK realm in existence with 1x blizzlike rates and starting from level 1. Older Molten WoW players rushed super fast on that realm.
  • Icecrown by Warmane. Formed by the former mega popular Ragnaros and Deathwing. Capped at 12000 with improved rates, it’s full almost every time. Currency can be purchased from Gold4Icecrown.
  • X5, x10, x25, x100 & x1 by WoWCircle – one of the largest WoW communities in existence.
